I first met Andrey at the NVIDIA GTC Hackathon, where he competed and walked away with the win. That alone told me a lot. We later teamed up at the 500 Global VC Hackathon and built a Palantir x Delphi inspired platform together under real pressure and real time constraints. What stood out was not just his technical skill but the way he carries himself. Andrey is young, deeply ambitious, and the kind of person who does not just talk about his goals but relentlessly pursues them. He has a clarity of vision that most people twice his age are still searching for, paired with the work ethic to back it up. He is someone I respect deeply and watching him pursue his vision with everything he has, I know he is just getting started.

I've known Andrey since we first connected on X, and over time he has become one of the few people I consistently go to when I want a serious opinion. We speak regularly, and when I'm thinking through product direction, he challenges assumptions and pushes the thinking forward. I trust his judgment. He is deeply involved in frontier technology and constantly experimenting with new systems as they emerge. Because of that, he has a strong ability to see where technology is heading and to separate durable shifts from short-term noise. His perspective is grounded in hands-on experience. From the very first day of his internship, he impressed me with his ability to rapidly adapt to a new programming language having learnt it just a couple of weeks before undertaking the assignment. Andrey is a talented algorithm developer, and he has my highest recommendation not only as a programmer but also as a learning student. He produced an extraordinary fraud detection algorithm with over 500 thousand inputs of data in only a month using Jupyter Notebook and the pandas framework. Andrey is a driven, resilient and a deeply self-aware individual who constantly looks for a deeper understanding of the realm of computer science. I am certain that Andrey is going to do great things in his life. He is talented, caring, dedicated and focused in his pursuits.
